The Lost Vadges Tour is a HIT tv show on the GloriaShuriNava network that has accumulated over 100,000 views in over the last year. Gloria Nava, Corey O’WHORE, Ryan Carlos, Juan Rivera, and Joann Tran go on a trip to Las Vegas where there are NO RULES. They come across many obstacles like making decisions while drunk, losing all their money gambling, and motorboating street titties. Through blood, sweat, and tears, the group pulls together and conquers Sin City. But now, they want more!

Hey Gloria, first off, LOVE your videos. I just finished watching your Las Vadges videos, they were so funny lol. So I was just wondering how has the whole weight loss thing been going? And can you offer me any dieting advice with trying to stick to one? Coz it's been soo hard for me! :/ I've just signed up & started at the gym as you & ShayCarl's Shayloss stuff has inspired me to get my ass into gear & start losing some weight as I am also (very) "big boned" haha. the key things are to try your best to not eat late, drink water ONLY, and try your best to eat at home. weight loss is so hard, when i run out of good healthy food and i don’t have cash to buy the good stuff i just start eating shit again.. haha it sucks but it’s what happens.
